contaminants from PET at flake level.
Design features
X-ray identification and mechanical separation of PVC, glass, metal
and other dense materials from PET flake;
Typical capacity 1t/h, up to 1.5t/h;
Typical removal efficiency of PVC greater than 90%;
Input material PVC content between 60 and 1,000 PPM;
PVC sorting completeness reaches or be below 5PPM;
Standard and high-density X-ray sensor arrays, recommended 12-14mm
grinds;
PVC removal performed by precisely pulsed air jet arrays;
Requires little space and is easily integrated into existing
processing systems;
